Shipping policy

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are free over $100 for the US Contiguous States. If you have not met the $100 threshold, there will be a $9.99 shipping charge. We do not offer free returns. ALL returns/exchanges will be charged a $9.99 shipping charge. The only exceptions are if we made a mistake in shipping the wrong item/size. 

  • Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US Territories, and APO/FPO are free over $100. If you have not met the $100 threshold, there will be a $14.99 shipping charge. ALL returns/exchanges will be charged a $14.99 shipping charge. The only exceptions are if we made a mistake in shipping the wrong item/size. 

In the event an item is returned because of being unclaimed, return to sender, or insufficient address; then there will be a $9.99 return shipping fee which will be deducted from the amount refunded.

Processing Time

Orders will be processed in 0-2 business days. Most orders placed before 12 PM Eastern Standard Time will be processed on the same business day (Monday-Friday), but exceptions do exist that might take us up to 2 business days to process the order. 

Domestic Shipping

Applies only to the contiguous United States (not including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US Territories, and APO/FPO). All other areas will be charged according to USPS rates. The amount will show up in checkout. 

Shipping will range from 1-8 business days after being processed. All orders are shipped from our Florida locations. Tracking numbers will be provided usually the same day or the following business day. 

We ship to all 50 states; P.O. Boxes; U.S. territories; and APO/FPO addresses. 

The shipping cost will be calculated before you complete your order.

Shipments to PO boxes or military addresses are shipped via USPS.

Army Post Office, Fleet Post Office and Post Office Box (APO/FPO and P.O. Box) addresses will be shipped with USPS. Shipments to APO/FPO addresses can take up to 4 weeks for delivery. Once the package is handed off to a Military Delivery Partner there is no tracking available.

 

 

Domestic Contiguous Shipping For Discounted Items

All items that are discounted will be charged a different rate for shipping. The weight of the delivery will determine the shipping cost. The cost will be calculated for you at checkout. 

International Shipping

We do not offer international shipping.
